Healing Properties
Increases physical energy and stamina by improving digestion, nutrient absorption, and metabolic function. Helps balance blood sugar, treat poor appetite, as well as reduce nausea, bloating after meals, and sluggish bowels.
Preparation Instructions
Standard prep: Add 1 TBS (5g) of Manipura to 6 oz boiling water. Steep 8-10 minutes. Once steeped, add warm oat milk or cream and raw honey to taste. Traditional prep: Add 1 TBS tea to 6 oz water in saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes (do not boil). Strain. Add warm milk and honey.
